ListeningDrill (AIリスニング特訓) helps you create and play English listening drill sets (passages, questions, explanations, archive) on your iPhone. It is not an official exam publisher and does not score or certify any real exam.
02Acceptable use
- Follow applicable law and these terms.
- Do not put other people's personal or confidential data into photos, audio, or prompts.
- Generated English text and questions are for personal study—do not republish them commercially without permission.
- AI output can be wrong or awkward. Cross-check with official materials and teachers before relying on it for exams.
03External AI
Drill generation and explanations use DeepSeek. Consent is required; what is sent is described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party outages or changes may limit features.
04Intellectual property
App design, code, and marks belong to their owners. You keep rights in photos and prompts you provide. Generated study content is licensed to you for personal learning.
05Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for device loss, OS limits, network issues, or failures of DeepSeek or Apple services.
06Termination
We may stop providing the app if these terms are abused. Deleting the app usually deletes on-device data.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
